Wyke doubt for Carlisle

Carlisle striker Charlie Wyke is doubtful for his side's home game against Hartlepool.

Wyke was forced out of last week's defeat at Stevenage after only five minutes after sustaining a facial injury and Mark Beck is likely to resume up front if he fails to make it.

Winger David Amoo and defender Courtney Meppen-Walter are pushing for recalls after returning to midweek action in the Cumberland Cup final win.

Defender Troy Archibald-Henville is still suspended, while midfielder Dave Symington and forward Stephen Elliott are not expected to return to contention.

Hartlepool defender Dan Jones will miss the last game of the season after having surgery on a troublesome wrist.

Jones has been playing on with the injury since the turn of the year, while Michael Duckworth will be hoping to return to the starting XI in his absence.

Defender David Mirfin is hoping to overcome the toe injury which kept him out of last week's home win against Exeter.

Forward Ebby Nelson-Addy, who joined the club in March, is in contention for his first start and midfielder Tommy Miller is pushing for a recall after making his first appearance in six months last week following a calf injury.
