Blues winger has his price - Nixon

Taylor submitted a shock transfer request last week for undisclosed personal reasons and although Carlisle reluctantly accepted, Nixon confirmed there have been no enquiries for the 25-year-old, who arrived from Scunthorpe for £65,000 in January 2008. Nixon told the News & Star: "If we don't get an offer that is acceptable, Cleveland would have to come back for pre-season training with the rest of the players on July 1 as he is under contract for another year. "He isn't the sort of lad who would renege on that. He knows his duty and he know he is still under contract. "We haven't had any enquiries so far, but that could change this week. There is a Football League meeting and that is the environment where enquiries will be made because all the other teams will be represented."
