Aldred unsure over loan extension
The 19-year-old defender completed his loan stint at the Blue Square North outfit by firing the winner in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Vauxhall Motors.
Scotland Under-20s boss Billy Stark has monitored Aldred's performances at Workington and the youngster concedes he is open to staying at the club to gain first-team experience.
Aldred told the Carlisle Times & Star: "I went to Workington for a month and I haven't heard yet if it will be extended.
"I'll go with the flow but all I can say is that I've loved this month and gained so much from it.
"I don't know if that was my last game or if it might be the beginning of many."
