Ian Harte started the rout with a 21st-minute header, before Matty Robson doubled the lead going into the break.[LNB]The Cumbrians then moved into top gear after the interval and secured a comprehensive victory with goals from Darryl Duffy, Scott Dobie and substitute Joe Anyinsah.[LNB]The win completed a good week for Carlisle, who booked a place in the final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in midweek with a penalty shootout victory over Leeds.[LNB]Abbott said: "It's great to see players showing that confidence and positive play. Our third goal came at the right time and enabled us to go on and play some really good football.[LNB]"We can enjoy beating a very good side who are at the top end of the division.
