Abbott left to rue missed chances
Pawel Abbott set them on their way with his third goal of the season before Keigan Parker opened his Latics account to kill off the below-par visitors.[LNB]Abbott said: "It would have been different if we had taken our early chances.[LNB]"We had two fantastic opportunities at the start of the game and I suppose we are ruining it now.[LNB]"The first half was 50-50 and we probably had more chances than Oldham but we didn't have that bit of quality we needed in the box.[LNB]"After the second goal went in we were fighting an uphill battle. Oldham had looked like they might gift us a goal early on but once you score everybody looks like a better player."[LNB][LNB]
