Abbott frustrated by Cumbrians slide

Wes Hoolahan scored the only goal as Norwich left Brunton Park with a 1-0 win which leaves Carlisle still seeking their second home win of the season. Abbott said: "It's frustrating when the crowd clap you off after getting beaten. You must be doing something right but it's concerning that we are sliding down the league. "We made them fight all the way and it's disappointing not to get anything out of it. We had 10 chances to score a goal and they had four mistakes to get one. "A goal like that is hard to claw back in a game as tight as this. "But give Norwich credit for defending very well. If we show that spirit and collectiveness we will be fine. We gave them a bit too much respect in the first half but in the second half we asked the questions without finding the quality to get a goal."
