Taiwo on trial at Chesterfield

City midfielder Soloman Taiwo has joined Chesterfield for a week long trial.

The former Dagenham player, signed two and a half years ago by Dave Jones, is expected to train with the Spirites for a week before a decision is made on a longer term move.

Taiwo has hardly had a look in while at Cardiff and this season has played just 21 mins of first team footbal for the Bluebirds.
