Taiwo move falls down?

It's been mentioned in the press several times that Soloman Taiwo is possibly moving to Norwich City. There's never been any official mention of this or any contrete stories from East Anglia about the move.It's now reported in the South Wales press that the move has fallen through, possibly because of a failed medical. Again no official confirmation.
