Olofinjana joins Bluebirds

Cardiff City have wrapped up the signing of midfielder Seyi Olofinjana on a season-long loan from Championship rivals Hull City.

The 30-year-old Nigeria international made 19 appearances for the Tigers last season, having moved to the KC Stadium from Stoke City for a fee of around £3million.

Olofinjana had previously spent a single season with the Potters, following a four-year stint with Wolves.

The midfield enforcer made nearly 150 appearances in all competitions for the Molineux outfit, having arrived in England from Norwegian side Brann in the summer of 2004.
