Machete attackers tie up victim

Two robbers used a machete in an attack on a man who was tied up in what police call an "extremely frightening ordeal".The victim, who is in his 40s, managed to escape from a house in Adamsdown, Cardiff, at 1100 BST on Wednesday, and he was aided by members of the public. The man was not seriously injured and was treated at the scene by paramedics. His mobile phone and wallet were taken.
