Jones rues Loovens red

Cardiff manager Dave Jones felt that City defender Glenn Loovens was hard done to after being sent off early on in the 2-1 defeat at Preston North End.
Dutchman Loovens was dismissed just ten minutes in for a challenge on David Nugent, seeing red for denying a goalscoring opportunity.
Jones said after the game: "The sending-off was a mere shoulder charge and Glenn has been punished for being stronger than Nugent.
"It was shoulder to shoulder. Anywhere else on the pitch, as the ref said, he wouldn't have given a caution."
Nugent was red-carded himself before half-time, with Jones adding: "There were two sendings-off that I didn't think should have really happened."
