Jones pleased for Chopra

Cardiff City boss Dave Jones was pleased to see striker Michael Chopra get back on the goal trail in the 1-1 FA Cup third round draw at Bristol City.

Chopra had gone 13 games without a goal, before finding the net in a tense derby tussle at Ashton Gate.

Jones told his club's official website: "Sometimes strikers need that little bit of luck.

"They always go through barren patches, but Chops keeps working and he had a couple of little half chances.

"As long as he keeps getting into the right positions and doesn't switch off or get frustrated- and he's not the type of person who does that anyway - this goal will do him the world of good."
