Jones calls for stability

Cardiff City boss Dave Jones has urged the club's board not to make a knee-jerk reaction to slipping into the lower reaches of the Championship table.
The Bluebirds were held to a 1-1 draw by Scunthorpe United on Saturday and dropped to 17th place in the table.
But despite seeing his side fail to win any of their last six matches, Jones believes stability is the way to take the club forward.
"Everyone is trying to do it and it doesn't work - the clubs that are the most stable are the ones with the longest serving managers," he said.
"People are asking me if I am under pressure. I was under pressure the minute I walked through the door.
"To try and get the club into the Premiership with no money is not easy and sometimes you have to go through bad times.
"It will take longer than people think it will do, the expectations are high because of what we have done in a short space of time.
"I don't read the papers and what the press are saying about me.
"Why do I need to read something about me from someone who doesn't know me?"
