Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale has ruled out the possibility of highly-rated teenager Aaron Ramsey joining Manchester United in the summer.
The 17-year-old Wales Under-21 international has impressed in his 19 first-team appearances for the Bluebirds this term, and reports suggested United were leading the chase for the player.
However, Ridsdale told the South Wales Echo: "I know absolutely nothing about any offer from Manchester United.
"Every scout under the sun is watching Cardiff City at the moment and every player has a value. Aaron Ramsey is a Cardiff City player and there's absolutely no agreement with anybody for next season.
"We are building at Cardiff City, although it has always been the case that every player is for sale at the right price."
