Cardiff contest double dismissal

Cardiff City have appealed against the dismissals of key defender Gabor Gyepes and top-scorer Ross McCormack in their 3-0 defeat to Sheffield United. Hungarian centre-back Gyepes was sent off after conceding a penalty for his his ninth minute challenge on United striker Darius Henderson. Cardiff were reduced to nine men when McCormack saw red for an alleged elbow on Kyle Naughton in the 33rd minute.
