Bluebirds deny Ledley offers

Cardiff City boss Dave Jones insists that his club have yet to field any written offers for Wales international midfielder Joe Ledley.

Ledley has just entered the final year of his Bluebirds contract and is a reported target for a host of Premier League clubs.

However, Jones told Sport Wales: "We don't want Joe to go - we want Joe to sign an extension to his contract and see where that leads us.

"There have still been no enquiries for Joe at the moment. You get lots of whispers and everything else, but we want him to stay and we're hoping that no-one will come for him.

"Joe is a good pro. He'll get his head down and he'll work hard again."
