Blades looking at Parkin?

My colleagues at sheffieldunited-mad think Sheffield Utd could be after Jon Parkin. I've not seen any other corroboration of this information so it remains pure speculation. Utd were relegated last season from the CHampionship. Parkin has been with City since January.
