Roger Johnson

Cardiff : made his debut in the last game of the 1999/2000 season at Cambridge United and in doing so became the youngest ever to play for the club in the League aged only 17 yrs and 8 days . Having settled in the first team he then suffered a nasty injury in February 2202 which kept him out for the rest of the season . Upon his return he impressed boss Laurie Sanchez enough to give him the captain`s armband for a match against Stockport in April 2003 .When Tony Adams took over Roger failed to keep his place in the side on a regular basis and left himself with some work to do . However after new boss John Gorman arrived he saw enough in Roger to make him skipper again and he then signed a new contract in January 2005 that will see him remain at Wycombe until at least 2007
