Winding up order against City dismissed

The tax man has dropped his case against Cardiff City. The winding up up order placed upon Cardiff City FC by HMRC has been dismissed in the high court. This mornings hearing in London rubber stamped the news we had heard a week or two ago that the tax had been paid and the club are no longer in danger of being wound up. City's finances are now in better order thanks to the Malaysian investment into the club. The news that we have agreed the signing of Tom Heaton shows the club is allowed to dip into the transfer market again.
