Whittingham pays the penalty

Cardiff manager Dave Jones has revealed Peter Whittingham will no longer take penalties for the Bluebirds. Whittingham missed his second spot-kick of the season in the 2-1 win over Barnsley at the weekend and Jones revealed the former Aston Villa midfielder will not get a chance to make it third time lucky. "Whoever takes the next one, it won't be Whitts" Jones told Wales Online. "He struck both penalties well, but it's not like him to be so tense. He just needs a goal. "He's a bit frustrated, but he had the vision to pick out Craig Bellamy for our first goal and he played his part in our second. That's why he is in the team."
