Warnock scoops monthly award
Neil Warnock has won the August Manager of the Month competiton. It was a double celebration for QPR with Adel Taarabt winning the Player of the Month Award.Dave Jones and Jay Bothroyd were both shortlisted.Alan Curbishley, chair of the npower Manager of the Month panel, said: "Neil Warnock's side have hit the ground running this term and have set the pace in the npower Championship."Neil's huge experience will be invaluable as the season goes on with Rangers sure to be there or thereabouts at the business end of things."
