Darcy Blake has started nearly as many games for Wales this season as he has for Cardiff City.
Once again Blake enjoyed a winning 90 mins with Wales who beat Norway 4 - 1 at Cardiff City Stadium.
Gareth Bale, Craig Bellamy and Sam Vokes (2), scored the goals as Gary Speed's side kept up their recent excellent run of results.
That was the third win in a row for Wales and the 4th win in the last five games.
