Michael Oliver from Northumberland is the referee for tonight's clash with Leeds Utd at Elland Rd. Mr Oliver will be assisted by M McDonough and P Kirkup. The 4th official is Eddie Ilderton.Michael Oliver is just 25 years of age. He became the youngest referee in the Premier league when he took charge of Birmingham v Blackburn in August.He was also in charge of Arsenal's shock home defeat by West Brom a few weeks ago. He was 22 when he officiated his first League two match and in 2009 he refereed the League One Play Off final, 24 hours after his father, Clive, was the referee for the League 2 Play Off Final.He was in change of City's 1 - 0 win at Q.P.R. last season and the 3 - 1 defeat at Hillsbrough.
