The Championship weekend
QPR and Norwich are both in action. Just three matches today but two have them have a huge bearing on City's position at the top of the Championship table.Leaders QPR are away at Hull City. Rangers hold a five point lead over City at the moment having played the same amount of games. We certainly don't want it extending to 8 points even if we will have a game in hand. Let's hope Anthony Gerrard can keep out Taarabt, Routledge and co.Norwich, who are 3rd, but level with us on points and games played, are away at struggling Crystal Palace. With former City boss Lenny Lawrence mentoring Dougie Freedman maybe Palace can start to rebuild their season with a win today. It would do us a huge favour.The other game sees Scunthorpe face Preston. The teams occupy the bottom two places in the Championship table.I'll look at the rest of the weeks fixtures later in the weekend / Monday. But there are some cracking games to look forward to next week with City facing Reading and Swansea in their next two matches.
