Swindon dismiss Austin rumours
Swindon have dismissed rumours that Cardiff City are chasing striker Charlie Austin. Swindon Chairman Andrew Fitton told BBC Wiltshire: "I'm amused. I think someone should ask Charlie. It's a bad story put in by somebody who wants to unsettle the player." Austin's name came up in reports from Ipswich who suggested he could be a replacement for Michael Chopra if he left City for the Tractor Boys. Very little solid facts involved.Swindon, like Cardiff were losing finalists at Wembley this year.
