Aaron Ramsey is back. Cardiff Cty confirmed this evening that Aaron Ramsey is re-joining the club on loan. A statement on club website www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk on Friday evening announced: "Following comments made by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on Friday, Cardiff City are pleased to confirm that an agreement has been reached between clubs to see Aaron Ramsey rejoin the Bluebirds on loan."
