Rae admits consistency concern

Gaven Rae has admitted that the inconsistency in the City performances is a cause for concern. "If we play like we played against Ipswich we've got no chance of doing anything this season. You can forget it.," said the Cardiff midfielder. "You would be lying if you said this inconsistency is not a concern. One time we are right on top of our game and then the next time we are putting in a performance like we did at Ipswich. It's strange, but something we have to sort out."If we can get the results we will be right up there, but we have to do better than we did against Ipswich or we won't do it. It's very important we bounce back against Leicester but it will be a tough game up there."Rae's postion in the side will come under threat this weekend with Steve McPhail available for selection. If selected McPhail will partner either Rae, Darcy Blake or even Adam Wildig. At last City have options.Even at full back we have options. Matthews, McNaughton, Kennedy and Rae all available.
