Porter linked with Cardiff move

">Motherwell striker Chris Porter is being linked with a move south of the border to Championship side Cardiff.The 25-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of the season, last week rejected a reported £200,000 move to English League One club Huddersfield.Sheffield United, Nottingham Forest and Motherwell's Scottish rivals Hearts are also all thought to be interested.Cardiff boss Dave Jones wants to boost his strike force of Ross McCormack, Jay Bothroyd and loanee Eddie Johnson.The Bluebirds moved up to fourth in the Championship with Wednesday night's 2-0 win at Coventry.Porter, who arrived at Fir Park from Oldham Athletic in 2007, is Motherwell's leading scorer with nine goals and netted 18 times during the previous campaign.
