Palace and Leicester big winners on Saturday

Both sides picked up comfortable home wins with Palace reclaiming top spot in the Championship.

They were helped along by a Brighton side who were down to 10 men after 5 minutes and as they so often do Palace managed to get a couple of penalties to end up with a 3 - 0 scoreline.

I read elsewhere that that was Palace's 11th and 12th penalties of the season. In just 20 games.

Leicester saw off Derby 4 -1 in the East Midlands clash. The Foxes are now 3rd. Two points behind Cardiff before kick off today.

So a Cardiff victory today would see top spot wrestled back and a five point gap opened up over 3rd place.
