Patrick Miller has been a regular League One and League two referee for several seasons. A few times each campaign he moves up and officiates a Championship fixture.
Over the years I have found just two Cardiff games in which he has taken charge. Both were at Ninian Park and resulted in City wins.
The game at Vicarage Rd on Monday will be just his 10th game of this season. In the 9 games so far he's issued 9 yellow and 2 red cards.
