Gold members who want to try and get a ticket for the Cardiff City v Man Utd match on Sunday November 24th will have to attempt to purchase via the internet.
The club have revealed that no tickets will be on sale to telephone or personal callers at the ticket office.
Sales online will start at 9am on Monday November 4th.
The club statement reads:
Please note that no tickets will be sold over the phone or at the stadium. Demand for this fixture is high and we want to avoid any supporter frustrations from queuing, either in person or over the phone. Our online partners TicketMaster can cope with full online demand.
