Jones - We can cope without Jay

Manager Dave Jones is confident Cardiff will not be too weakened by the loss of Jay Bothroyd in Sunday`s derby against Swansea. The striker will miss the crunch encounter having picked up his fifth booking of the season in Saturday`s 3-1 win over Norwich, resulting in an automatic one-game ban. Bothroyd`s absence against the Swans is certainly a blow with the 12-goal marksman in top form, scoring five goals in his last four games. But Jones feels he has plenty of strength in depth within his ranks, with the likes of Andy Keogh and Jason Koumas ready to step in. "I am never worried about losing any players, and that includes Jay Bothroyd, but it was a silly booking," said the Bluebirds boss. "We have a good bench and I am fairly confident that with our strong squad the team will not be affected."
