Jones ready for tough Valencia test
The Spanish club have named a strong squad headed by much sought-after striker David Villa.
Jones is likely to field the side that he plans to send out at home to Scunthorpe on Saturday week.
He told the South Wales Echo: "We will not come up against teams like Valencia too often, but it is the next step in our preparations and they will give us the right type of test at this stage.
"We will be able to see how fit and how strong the players are. It is going to be a difficult test."
