The powerful forward, who scored in the 4-0 drubbing of Watford on Saturday, is proving an ideal foil for the darting movement of Michael Chopra, and an integral part of Cardiff's gameplan.[LNB]But Jones, who admitted to having a sore throat from shouting at the former Arsenal striker, is demanding more from him.[LNB]"Jay still does things that annoy me, but his quality is there for all to see," he told Walesonline. "Jay has everything you look for, but you just want a full game out of him. If he was closer when he goes down and stays down, I would be booting him.[LNB]"In this division if you have a big fellow who can hold the ball and win the majority of headers it puts opposing defenders under pressure.[LNB]"When Jay did not perform we didn't play as well as we are capable of. Jay is the one who needs to be put under pressure. He has to be under pressure verbally and I'll stick one on him if he doesn't do it."[LNB][LNB]
