House of Sport comes to the rescue

The weather is making it virtually impssible for any outdoor training so the completion of the House of Sport has helped provide an indoor facilty for City to train in. The indoor 3G pitch means City can train on a grass like surface while the outside facilities at the Vale are covered in snow.Jay Bothroyd told Cardiff City Player about the House of Sport: "It's tremendous. There is a great surface in there."When the weather's like this it's an excellent facility to use."It's not the same as grass and the ball moves a bit differently, but we now have a great indoor training facility at the club."The players may have little option to use the facility as South Wales is again experiencing heavy snow.City's next game is the Boxing Day home clash with Coventry. That's this Sunday, ko 3:00pm.
