All three players are out of contract.

Tom Heaton, Lee Naylor and Paul Quinn have all left Cardiff City.

All three are out of contract and become free agents. We wish all three the very best and thank them for their service to the football club. All three saw limited action this season but Tom Heaton did keep goal for the Carling Cup run including the final at Wembley.

Heaton has already been linked with Bristol City and Dave Jones' Shefield Wednesday.

Three players who are still under contract but unlikely to play for City again are Jon Parkin, Dekel Keinan and Soloman Taiwo. All three have been out on loan and Malky will be keen to get them off the books asap.

What future for Anthony Gerrard and Robert Earnshaw? Gerrard has not played at all since Wembley and Earnie hasn't got his kit dirty in the minutes he has come off the bench.

Alex Evans, Jon Meades and Canadian goalkeeper Jordan Santiago have already been released. Several youngsters were also previously released.

Young players coming through include winger Kadeem Harris, signed from Wycombe Wanderers, plus Joe Ralls, Theo Wharton and Tommy O’Sullivan.

Central defender Ben Nugent, full-back Adedeji Oshilaja, winger Kevin St Luce and striker Jesse Darko have all stepped up from the youth Academy to become young senior pros.
