Gyepes slams treatment from Jones
Hungarian defender Gabor Gyepes will never play for Dave Jones again. Now the season is over Gyepes has decided to come out and tell his side of a story that has seen him drop out of the matchday squad. “If our manager stays it is very likely I will leave" Gyepes stated. “After our defeat against Swansea in November our manager always blamed me for everything. “I have to accept his decision because he is the manager and I can’t do anything. “I haven’t played since March and at the end of the season I was out of the squad. Gyepes has been overlooked even with City playing full back Kevin McNaughton as a makeshift centre half. “I have waited for the end of the season because I can’t work with him. “I have to think about my future and prepare for everything. “I have a contract for one more year but I won’t be at Cardiff if the manager stays.” I expect City will aim for better defenders next season but I can imagine there will be a touch of sympathy for Gyepes as fan opinion is definately not backing Dave Jones.
