Guthrie fires Cardiff warning

The Magpies head for the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday sitting two points clear of second-placed West Brom and a further point better off than the Bluebirds in third after a run of four successive league victories. They know they will have their work cut out this weekend with former Newcastle frontman Michael Chopra back in goalscoring form, but there is a growing confidence within the camp at St James' Park. Guthrie said: "We will have to be up for the fight. We know it's going to be tough at Cardiff, as they have had a good start as well, but we are looking forward to the game. "We are taking a lot of confidence into the game."
