Goodwillie on verge of Blackburn move

02 August 2011 00:36
Blackburn and Dundee Utd have agreed a fee for David Goodwillie and the player has agreed terms thought to be worth about £20k a week to move to the Premier League. That should put to bed any thoughts Cardiff might have had about signing the Dundee Utd striker. It's reported that Goodwillie travelled to Lancashire on Monday but missed Rovers boss Steve Keen who had jetted of to India to meet the owners of the club, Venkys. Goodwillie returned to Scotland but after further talks could complete a move today to the Premier League side.
