Gerrard keeping schtum on Twitter
City defender Anthony Gerrard has told his twitter followers that he must stop having 'banter' on the social networking site.. Gerrard is back after a successful season at Hull City. He wrote: 'Won't be tweetin any banter back to people who give me a bit of s**t anymore, couple people are avin a moan! Unprofessional and other crap!' I wonder if the people 'avin a moan' are CCFC after the tweets from Michael Chopra previously announcing himself in a nightclub just days before the Middlesbrough game, Jay Bothroyd complaining about the City pitch and JET telling a selection of his followers to p**s off. More high profile cases have seen FA charges brought against Danny Gabbidon and Ryan Babel for misusing their Twitter accounts.
