General Meeting to Approve the Trust Accounts
Just a quick reminder that all Trust members are invited to a General Meeting of the Cardiff City Supporters Society Ltd (otherwise known as the Cardiff City Supporters Trust). It will be held at 7pm tomorrow evening (Thursday 22nd July) at the Duke of Clarence public house in Clive Road, Canton, Cardiff.The only formal business of the meeting is to seek the approval of members for the audited accounts of the Cardiff City Supporters Society Ltd for the period 4th August 2008 to 31st December 2009. Following the formal business (which should not take long), there will be an opportunity for members to meet and question the Directors of the Trust and for discussion regarding any issues you may wish to raise. We urge all members to attend if you possibly can as we need a quorum to get the accounts approved and filed with the Financial Services Authority, but aside from the boring bit, we want to meet our members and hear what you have to say.
