Can Darcy Blake help Wales to a lofty 3rd place. Will Kenny Miller be fit to face Spain?

Wales face Bulgaria in Sofia this evening with the home football association reporting that Bulgaria have sold approx 20 tickets to home fans. There is some sort of boycott going on and it looks like the 500 Welsh fans will have plenty of room in the Vasil Levski Stadium. What's the chances they still get a crap view though from a cramped corner?

If Wales were to win and Montenegro were to win in Switzerland then Wales would end the Euro 2012 campaign in third place. That would catapult the team up the FIFA rankings which helps with better draws for future competitions and it would also be quite some achievement.

Darcy Blake will continue his defensive partnership with Ashley Williams.

Kenny Miller is still a major doubt for Scotland. The City striker is still carrying a groin strain and is struggling to make tonight's game in Spain. Scotland need to match the Czech republic's result to make the play offs.

"The most doubtful will be Kenny. He hasn't improved from Friday until today," Craig Levein said on Monday.

"I'm not definitely ruling him out, but he would be the most doubtful."

David Marshall and Don Cowie are both in the Scotland squad as well as they face a Spanish side who have already qualified for Euro 2012. The Spanish will rest some players but our men, if they play, could be facing Torres, Xavi, Silva, Mata, Pique, Alonso etc. I wonder if any of the World Champions run as much as Don Cowie?

Wales U21's face an import qualifying game as well. They face the Czech Republic at The Racecourse.

Good luck to all the City players who are with their respective countries. Let's hope they all come back injury free and in Miller's case not risked if not 100% fit.
