Reading will go up if they win and West Ham fail to win, or if Reading draw and West Ham lose then Reading will be promoted.
In fact if West Ham were to lose and Southampton were to win then it would be all over bar the shouting for West Ham's hopes of automatic promotion.
At the bottom we have already seen Doncaster go down, Portsmouth are not far behind them and it's possible Coventry could drop tonight as well. Bristol City beating West Ham and Coventry losing would spell the end for the Sky Blues in the Championship.
Cardiff have just one aim. Beat Derby and sty in the top six. Any favours from other sides would be most welcome but it's up to City to do their own jobs and not hope others do it for them.
