npower What's Your Goal? 2012 is here to give students the chance to experience first hand a career within football.

The 72 clubs of The Football League have worked with npower to offer over 300 work experience placements to children in years 10-11 the chance to make a mark within the industry.

npower is also offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to 11 young people in years 7-11, the chance to spend a day learning first-hand from high profile experts such as Malky Mackay, Karren Brady and Robbie Savage.

Whether it's helping Karren Brady make boardroom decisions at West Ham, being a pundit at the Play Off final with Robbie Savage or Putting players through their paces at Birmingham City with Paul Trollope, there are great opportunities for young people in a variety of job roles.

Digital Sports Group are pleased to announce that they are giving one lucky young person the opportunity to experience a day as a sports journalist.

Under the mentoring of Simon Boynton, Managing Director at Digital Sports Group, a young aspiring journalist will get the chance to experience two once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

The day will involve a driving experience courtesy of Trackdays.co.uk where they will get the chance to race around a track at Heyford Park Driving Centre in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

They will be driven around the track by a professional racing instructor at high speed in a Ferrari 360, Lamborghini Gallardo and a Caterham 7.

Soon after they will be swiftly escorted to Wembley to watch the npower Championship Play off final, directly from the press box.

Our young journalist will then write a blog on their experiences from the day, that will be published on football.co.uk!

To enter, students are asked to fill out a job application, downloadable at What's YOUR goal?
