Final paperwork holding up Dekel deal
Dave has confirmed the arrival of Dekel Keinan is complete bar the immigration paperwork. The Israeli international has passed his medical and agreed terms and the work permit is the final hurdle.That was being sorted today and Jones, speaking at this mornings pre Watford press conference, was unsure if it would be complete in time to include Keinan in the matchday squad for tomorrow.Jones confirmed that a fee had been paid to Blackpool for the defender and he will be a contracted Cardiff City player.
