A fee of around £8m has been mentioned but this is all paper talk so far. The club has made no comment at all.
Ince is highly rated and was linked with a move back to Liverpool last January. He has also been linked with Spurs.
Ince played under his father at Blackpool last season and the U21 international was always likely to move to the Premier League this summer.
So far the club have not made any signings.
