Kelvin Etuhu, last seen playing in a play off final for Cardiff City, could face the Bluebirds later today after signing for Portsmouth.
The midfielder has been without a club since being released by Manchester City after serving a prison term.
Etuhu was convicted of assault last March but is looking to rebuild his career.
