Courts get tough on fighting fans
Several Cardiff City fans were jailed yesterday for their involvement in disturbances at the Chelsea v Cardiff FA Cup game a year ago. More are in court today and in total around 95 people are facing trial.Jail sentences of upto 16 months were handed out yesterday as well as six year banning orders from football grounds.The authorities are sending out a message that violent behaviour at football matches will not be tolerated.Click here for report from the BBC
