This coming weekend, Cardiff City Football Club kindly asks all supporters to refrain from celebrating on the pitch at any time after the game.

This is the message from Cardiff City FC as the team are set to be presented with the Championship Trophy after the final whistle of the match v Bolton.

Speaking to the official website Malky Mackay said, “Saturday’s game with Bolton is sure to make for another fantastic afternoon in the Capital of Wales.

“My staff, players and I are thoroughly looking forward to performing in front of our fantastic home support for our final home fixture and we will be doing everything we can to sign off the campaign at Cardiff City Stadium with another three points.   “The celebrations following the Charlton match last week were truly special. While we should rightly continue our festivities into Saturday evening and over the coming weeks, I would urge supporters to follow the advice of Cardiff City safety stewards and ground management in keeping off the pitch at all times this Saturday. That way the players will be able to collect their medals and raise the famous trophy to you.”   Injured skipper Mark Hudson is looking forward to sharing the celebrations with his son.   "Looking forward to taking my boy around pitch saturday to thank all the fans for there support" he posted on Twitter.    "Hoping all can stay off the pitch sat so we can get the ceremony rolling smoothly and safely"   Please. Stay off the pitch. Don't risk a ban and / or geting arrested.
