City snap-up United youngster
Cardiff have agreed a deal with Manchester United for the loan signing of midfielder Daniel Drinkwater.
The 20-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Huddersfield, will spend the 2010/11 campaign with the Bluebirds.
A statement on the npower Championship club`s official website said: "Cardiff City Football Club can confirm that we have reached an agreement with Manchester United for the loan signing of talented young Old Trafford midfielder Daniel Drinkwater."
Drinkwater made 30 appearances during his time with Huddersfield scoring two goals.
